My name is Chris and I am a music eduation major at Grove City College. My applied instrument of study is the trumpet. I have had a passion for music all of my life and decided that I should share my passion for music in the classroom. I have been involved in many different musical and teaching experiences throughout my life, and look forward to teaching music and leading musical ensembles in the near future.
Along with my passion for music, I developed an interest in film scores and movie music. It all started when I made my first soundtrack purchase about seven years ago. It was the Return of the Jedi 1997 Special Edition Soundtrack by John Williams. Since that purchase, my collection has grown to over 250 film and television scores and continues to grow. I was always very excited in middle school and high school, and even here in college I might add, when our band would play selections from various films. Escpecially since I would always recognize the various tunes we played. I am excited to share my passion for movie music with whoever is interested.
